As much as we'd love to engrave your item, unfortunately we do not engrave any outside items or awards
that were not purchased on our website. Sometimes things go wrong during engraving, and if we don't sell
the item or award, we won't be able to replace it.
We do not recycle or take in old awards or trophies. We recommend donating them to a local charity or 2nd hand store.
Our product team at Personalized Awards does an excellent job selecting new products and also monitoring our current offering.
With the current supply chain landscape, some items my not be available or are back ordered. If you want to confirm the missing
product status, please email us at Support@PersonalizedAwards.com and include your previous order number and product in question.
The Personalized Awards team works hard to make your award buying experience easy. Once
your order is placed, you will receive a proof within 1-2 business days. After the proof
is approved, our standard production time is 5-7 business days until your order ships.
Our QuickShip products will ship within 2 business days after proof approval.

We kindly ask that all orders are placed online. Due to the personalized nature of our
products, we do require payment at time of purchase. Please see our Store Policies for
details on order returns / cancellations etc.

Absolutely! All orders come with a free proof prior to productions. We ask that you carefully
enter your information or email in a Word doc / Excel sheet with the personalization text at time of order.
However, we understand there may be some design / style changes or name updates etc. so
we allow two complementary rounds of edits before charging an additional $15 per round of edits after the
complimentary two rounds.
